We have been fortunate enough to be the recipients of hundreds of cemetery photo donations (thank you!) and increasingly we've been receiving "bits & bobs" - photos taken while on research trips of one or two headstones in various cemeteries.
Given the amount of time it currently takes to create and post a cemetery photo page, it's become difficult to keep up with these smaller donations and to redo cemetery pages to add additional photos.
However, we don't want to leave any headstone behind - whose to say which donation will be the piece of your genealogical puzzle!
So we're going to experiment with this bits & bobs page. This is where we'll post photos of a 'headstone or two'. Cemeteries that are fully or mostly photographed will still get their own cemetery page, and if "bits & bobs" eventually add up we'll transfer the photos to their own cemetery pages.
Please submit photos through the normal route - find the cemetery, click on 'Add Photos' and fill out the form. Thanks!
